A flight comparison website, Skyscanner compares flights prices for hundreds of destinations worldwide, from flights to South Africa to New York and everywhere in between.

Originally built as a tool to compare European budget airlines, Skyscanner now compares both long-haul and short-haul flights, as well as an increasing number of travel products including hotels and car hire.

The flight comparison tool allows users to find the cheapest possible flight. Using the 'month view' users can see which days are cheapest to fly on, allowing them to put together a journey that matches their needs and budget.

Skyscanner is now available on mobile devices, with apps available for the iPhone, iPad, Android and windows mobile platform as well as a mobile-optimised site for users of other mobile devices.
